We want you to love your Odore Dolce experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused, unopened candles in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at odoredolcecandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect each item before it ships, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
